Why I designed this the way I did

I don’t care to do view on-line information on my phone very much.  My serious work tending to be done on a computer or at least a tablet, which has a larger screen.  There is also a lot (and I mean a lot) of coding that one needs to do to make an app or web site comfortable to use across multiple devices.  There is also an issue with compatibilities of browsers; a site can look different in different browsers on the same OS let alone across different OS’s.

 

So I made the decision to concentrate on the look of this site to best viewed primarily on a Windows computer, and secondly on the Chrome browser.  It works, mostly, everywhere else, but I haven’t invested the time to fluff it up to be viewed well on anything else.  Graphic Design isn’t my forte (I’m not sure what is) and I have got little feed back that is constructive in helping me make the website more usable.  As such, I am still stumbling around with simple things as font sizes.

 

I choose the colors after the primary colors that the church I attend use for their logos and such.  Originally, I thought that it might be infested in portions of this site and other Word Press sites to use in their site; plus I’m not a big fan of the high contrast black and white site.  IO removed the portions that were included for the church and concentrated on the pieces that were important to the “Apologetics” that the site is premaxillary designed for.
